In parallel to knitting my guys sweater, I started working on a scarf for my cousin’s birthday, which will be in three days. Of course, Â since I’m so far away, she’ll receive it when I see her next, or when someone who visits takes it to her. I knit it with some amazingly soft malabrigo lace yarn, in a colour that should match her green eyes. I used a pattern similar to that I improvised for Chris’s scarf, but without horizontal garter stitch panels. I’m quite happy with the results, and I’m sure she will be too.
